Dataset detail

The data set detail is the workspace for a single entry: context, fields, notes, connections, and history in one place.

Open

Click the name in the spreadsheet, or choose Open. From a list, you can access the details analogously via the member list.

zones

• Overview — identity, highlighted fields with inline edit (autosave), short panel connections and activity

• Properties — all fields with search and “hide empty properties” option

• Notes — write, edit, delete, attach

• Connections — linked records

• For contacts: Subscriptions — opt-in per topic and history

Metadata and actions

• Responsible — Assigning Members or “Unassigned”

• Created/Updated; “Archived” badge, if archived

• Actions: Edit properties, note, connection, copy ID, archive

activity

The timeline shows events such as notes, property changes, list/board events, forms, emails, page visits, workflows, and project links. Filter chips narrow down the types. Sensitive values may appear as hidden.

projects

From the data set, you can link projects or remove the link. Open and overdue tasks appear as brief information — details can be found in the Projects app.
